All waste will either be recycled, donated, or taken to the landfill
- All metals are recycled and stays out of the landfill
- Items recovered in fair and reuseable conditions are donated to local charitable organizations
- Yard waste brush and debris are taken to a recycling station to be ground into mulch
- Remaining materials are taken to designated locations at local landfills
That depends on the size of the job and the time it takes to complete in order to determine whether or not we could take on another job. The distance between properties also play an important factor.
Yes. Apartments, businesses, and other commercial clients can take advance of weekly, biweekly, and monthly junk removal services. This includes up to but not limited to bulk pickup such as furniture, appliances, and other large items that won’t normally fit into the dumpster or compactor on-site. Owners of multiple properties are welcome to inquire about regularly scheduled junk removal services as well.
To maintain the integrity of your property, we elect to complete the majority of our junk and waste removal services by hand with good old fashioned elbow grease. For demolitions, we use heavy equipment such as an excavator and a skid steer.
There are a number of ways that we go the extra mile to earn your satisfaction. All you need to do is ask. Here are just a few of those extra perks:
– We’ll refer you to trusted vendors for other jobs as needed. For example, when the junk has been removed, you may find areas of your property that have not been cleaned for a long time and may need some attention. You may wish to contact a company (i.e. carpet cleaning, mold & mildew removal, etc) and we’re prepared to make recommendations upon request.
Without risking anyone’s safety, we will make every attempt to remove junk and waste from your property. We do use service elevators when available and we will climb flights of stairs for additional fees.
We do not offer dumpster rentals as this time. However, we will soon offer that service and will be sure to let everyone know the details and procedures accordingly.
